Beginner Class | July 11th - August 29

5:15pm - 6:45pm

Ann Dannley will be teaching this class starting on July 11th, 2024. It will run for 8 weeks.

Basic Standing poses are emphasized, along with balance and beginning work of strength, forward bends, and beginning backbends are introduced.

Classes are logged on a punch card. Payment may be made by cash or personal check.

Punch cards expire in six months
