Alignment & Precision Workshop with Mary Lou Weprin

Mary Lou primarily studied with B.K.S. Iyengar and Geeta Iyengar in India. Mary Lou Weprin is interested in aligning the body and sequencing the practice in such a way as to energize and nurture the inner body. She makes challenging poses more accessible using preparations, special sequencing, and lots of humor. Her workshops are educational, challenging and fun.
